Welcome to the Reasonable Compensation Report Program ("the Program"). By accessing and using the Program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Program.

Agreement Overview

The Company's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are integral parts of this Agreement. These documents are accessible at bluprint.com. In case of any conflicts between these policies and the Agreement, the terms of this Agreement take precedence.

Nature of Relationship

This Agreement establishes a relationship for the provision of access to the Program and does not imply a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. The Program offers educational resources, and the information provided is not professional advice. You are responsible for your financial and legal decisions, and the Company disclaims liability for decisions made based on Program content.

No Tax Advice

The Company does not provide tax advice. Consult your CPA or financial advisor for tax-related matters. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the Reasonable Compensation Study and Report.

Fees and Payment

Access to the Program requires payment of specified fees. Payment options include one-time fees or payment plans. If you choose the payment plan, the initial payment is required, followed by automatic monthly charges. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of Program access.

Credit Card Authorization

By agreeing to this Agreement, you authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit card as specified. Payment information may be shared with third-party payment service providers.

Refund Policy

The Reasonable Compensation Report, once initiated, is non-refundable.

Program Details

The Program is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Content may not be suitable for children. Access includes a Program Area with lessons and resources, and bonuses may be offered.

Confidentiality

Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not share information outside the Program. The Program's content, methods, and information are confidential.

Username and Password

Participants must keep login credentials confidential. Providing false information or sharing credentials may result in account suspension or termination.

Personal Responsibility

Participants accept responsibility for their actions and understand that the Company does not guarantee specific outcomes. Prior results do not ensure similar results, and participants are advised to use judgment before implementing any recommendations.

Use of Templates and Forms

Templates and forms provided are for personal or internal business use. Unauthorized modification, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.

Third-Party Products and Services

Links to third-party products or services are subject to separate terms. The Company is not responsible for third-party content or actions.

No Warranties

The Program, content, and services are provided "as is" without warranties. The Company disclaims all warranties, and participants use the Program at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from use. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Security

While the Company strives to protect personal information, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Participants transmit information at their own risk.

Users Outside United States

The services are controlled from the United States. Users accessing it from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Arbitration

Any claims arising from the Program are subject to binding arbitration in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify the Company from claims related to use, including services offered by recommended vendors.

Termination and Access Restriction

The Company may terminate access to the Program if participants violate terms. Termination does not entitle a refund, and restrictions persist after termination.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with associated policies, constitutes the entire agreement between participants and the Company.

Severability

Invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the Agreement. Unenforceable provisions are severed, leaving the rest in force.

Waiver

No waiver of provisions unless explicitly written. Failure to exercise rights does not constitute a waiver.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond its control.

Effective Date

This Agreement is effective upon participant registration for the Program.
